Awesome communication prior to sale, fair trade allowance reached. Paid cash and second truck from Laura so paperwork was fast and appreciated efficiency. Would have given 5 stars but... Truck accessories were not in stock as promised (missing 2 of 4). Truck was not detailed and dirty when I picked up. This really sucked as all stickers (including window sticker) still on glass, exterior and interior dirty. Poor delivery for spending $86K with you folks.

all good! but I think I ordered a 105,000 miles service, $222.48 not sure what happen to that? we did get oil change and tire rotation. $109.00. I have noticed our check park brake light on? Other then that good stuff!!

Also the maintenance tech TJ explained everything for me on normal service, areas needing attention, the the key problem..I expected a 2 to 3 day service time due to part that was needed, but truck was available within 24 hrs. Called to make an appointment and asked for a loaner. The scheduling person can’t schedule a loaner so tried to transfer me to someone who could. Nobody answered so was told to call back the next day to try and schedule. Called back the next day and same response. No one who could set up a loaner answered the phone. So they set me up for my appointment at 7:15am on 9/2 with a loaner. I had already explained that I work in Saint Louis and have to be there at 7 am and couldn’t get to your dealership til around 5pm. I explained that I would have to drop off the truck the night before and how would I get the loaner because I have to be at work at 7 am that morning. They didn’t have an answer for me but said advisor will see loaner requested. When service advisor called to update me on progress of vehicle I had to explain the issue better for them to understand what was going on. Advisor said a tech will drive it for 20 miles the next day and see what happens. No update the next day. I called on Thursday 2:00 pm to get an update. Was told advisor was busy but will call me back. On Friday I had to call again and was told advisor busy and would have to call me back. He called back and I picked up my truck. It was dirtier then when I dropped it off. I’ve had my truck there 3 times now and it always comes back dirty. I assume it’s the gravel dust from the back lot. As I work at a dealership, the scheduling was terrible, I get the advisor being busy and not instantly calling back, but the vehicle coming back covered in dust is unacceptable.

I had a scheduled oil change. I do think you should go ba k to your previous customer service. When we purchased our cars (2 at a time) when we had service we were given a loaner car, not any more. Perhaps having better customer service would entice me to buy my new car from your dealership.

We waited 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. If there were problems getting the work done, I would have gladly rescheduled the appointment for another day instead of wasting my time sitting in your waiting room. I will remember this when another oil chang is due.

Despite a clearly busy day, they got me checked in and on my way in 5 minutes. Done on time and picked up quickly. Employees are friendly and nice. They communicate clearly on your service and timing for completion. Recommend.

I came in for a 1st oil change on new sierra I purchased at your location 3 weeks ago, I had purchased a tire warranty and had a flat tire on the way to the oil change. I plugged the tire before arriving and requested that the tire be replaced. I was told it had to be ordered, after I called three times over the next two weeks, leaving messages and couldn’t even get a call back. Finallly got in touch with someone through text and was told it would still take another week to get my tire. Schedule a repair in advance and still waited 3 hours to get a single tire replaced.

We traveled 4hrs to get to the dealership. We were greeted at the front door receptionist and offered a refreshment. Our salesman was inviting and quick to greet us. We correspond prior and had several things completed prior for a quick and professional transaction.

It was worth the three hour drive. Our salesman Aaron Kent meet us at the door, he had planned ahead and had the vehicle cleaned and ready for us to inspect. After the drive, we filled out the paperwork and answered all our questions, he had out and on the road in less than two hours. I will be back to buy my next vehicle from Laura Buick/Gmc.

Purchased my new Sierra all on line even my trade value. Everyone from Wade in sales and finance was a wonderful experience Quick easy and yes I would drive 2500 miles round trip again !

Said they would call me when they found out the problem , called four times to service department no response . Than ask for service manager also left them voicemail still no response. Finally after a weak got text said it was done but they couldn’t find any problems. So don’t know if it will cause any problems later or not.

I’m old school. While on vacation we found the truck we wanted. After contacting Greg, he walked us around the truck with a live video. We made a deposit on it, without even ever touching it ( remember I’m old school). Yes this was the most uncomfortable and out of the box thing for me to do. August 9, 2025 – Purchased 2025 GMC Denali (traded in 2019 Chevrolet High Country). • August 21, 2025 – Appointment at SNK GMC for concerns. • Dealer refused to provide a loaner since purchase was not from them. • Late August 2025 – Contacted Laura Buick GMC in Collinsville, IL. • A tow truck was sent to pick up the Denali due to ongoing problems. • End of August 2025 – Laura GMC service department stated issues were fixed. • Upon test driving, you confirmed the same problems were still present. • September 2025 – While driving the loaner vehicle, you verified that your Denali is still not operating as intended, confirming issues remain unresolved.

It took some time but no complaints there. I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. But they started a claim for the tire as I had a warranty, which was approved. They started the work in my tire. Everyone was pleasant. A clean and professional environment. You could tell the ppl there take their job serious. The advisor I worked with was TJ. I’m talkative so I may have gotten on his nerves, but he didn’t show it. Very helpful. ;-)

I bought a truck from out of state and the process was fast and smooth. From the first call to when the truck was delivered, it was about 1.5 to 2 weeks. The team here is responsive and helpful. They are a high volume dealer, so keep that in mind when buying and communicating. I worked with Spencer from Sales, Will from Finance, and Brady from Services. The people that direct your call to different departments were great as well and even tracked down some information for me. Overall I would highly recommend this team and this dealership.

I had agreed-upon the lease price with the sales salesman and once we got back to the finance site, they had changed up the terms and it seemed very unfaithful. I did not have a great experience. The lack of communication is horrible. My vehicle was there for over a month. I was not give updates and had to call and inquire numerous times. I was not told what work was actually being done and once I picked up my car I was told they had installed a new windshield without letting me know. My previous windshield was tinted and they did offer to give me money to get it redone but we are going on 4 months receipts were submitted and have not received any compensation. It is stated every time I call in to inquire they will be mailing a check. I will never return for service or to purchase from Laura Buick

I scheduled my 2020 GMC AT4 Sierra for an oil change, tire rotation and possible water pump being replaced. Dropped the truck off early 10/07/2025 for service on 10/08 expecting truck be done Wednesday10/8. On Wednesday had not received any communication on status of the truck after numerous call and texts on my part. Finally on Wednesday at 5:45 service adviser called informing they were very busy wouldn't get to my trunk until 10/09. Would call first thing in the morning. Did not receive any communication from the dealership then made numerous calls and texts to service department with no response. Then I called and ask to speak with the service department manager and left a message on voice mail with no response. Called back front desk informed me he was busy helping service department because of workload. She would personally take my message back to him. Two hours pasted, received a text message from service stating they were pricing the water pump replacement. Approx. 1 hour later service calls informing me the price and what all it will need. Finally offered me a loaner vehicle then said I might not need it truck will be done in the morning, with all parts in stock. Now my biggest complaint. Is there was none or lack of communication from the dealership all communication was initiated from myself. Second, sometime during the day on Wednesday when they realized my truck wouldn't be ready. They should have offer a loaner at that time. Again, it wasn't until the next evening they did offer. I have my service done at Laura for many years. Better communication would not have warranted this review.

Jay Miller made the process simple and quick, yet took the time to answer all my questions. The only issue I had was that the truck was missing the hitch receiver tube/ pin... but Jay said he will get one sent to me ASAP. - Thanks, Dean roling

We brought our car in for an oil change. Everyone at the service department was very nice. We went across the street to eat lunch and when we got back, our car was finished. It was the fasted service trip we have ever had. The people and service were outstanding.

The total buying experience was transparent with no hassle. Salesman, Aaron Kent was the best.

I asked that my headlights be checked in my 2018 Yukon. It was agreed that they were very dim. I authorized the replacement at a cost of $488. I am extremely disappointed and slightly angry that when I picked up the vehicle to drive it home, there’s no noticeable improvement in the brightness of the headlights. They do not illuminate the road, and I find myself again using the brights. I would like a refund on the cost of the headlights. I am normally very satisfied with the service at Laura, but this time I feel I paid almost $500 for nothing.

While the dealership has been great to take care of the issue with our Yukon, and Kyle has been great to work with, I have come to pick the car up twice to discover the issue was not resolved as I was pulling out of the parking lot each time. Hopefully, the next time that I pick up the car, the issue is resolved and this is past us.

At check out the attendant said I owed 100 and done dollars. My first 2 services were free according to multiple pieces of mail I received and emails. Not sure why the computer system wouldn’t know that. It just felt like I was being fooled. I told the attendant and she fixed the issue and said she didn’t realize I had the free service. Overheard lots of complaints in the waiting room which made me feel uneasy about the service department.

I had been looking for a truck for a long while, and Rob's level of commitment to get me taken care of was off the charts. What could have been a really tough day, ended up being a great next chapter in saying goodbye to my father in laws truck that I drove since he passed away, and getting into a new AT4x. No doubt in my mind, that this was orchestrated by the Lord when I was in need. I could have been transferred to any salesman at the dealership when I called, but Rob was also my father in laws name, which was nothing short of a wink from Jesus, that it was time.
