People I worked were great, I would give them 5 stars, however Laura Buick basically priced themself out of the service I came in for. $3900 for a power steering pump and line, was ridiculously high. I found a reputable local mechanic service who will do it for 1/3 rd the price. They actually laughed when we told them the Laura Buick estimate.

You guys make everything easy, from a great price to a no hassle presentation of extras. Happy to work with Jimmy and will do so in the future!

I deal with David and David only he is Fantastic always treats me correctly and meets my expectations. He set me up yesterday with the tires I needed for my wife’s truck. He went over everything to make sure the price was appropriate. He ended up getting my points, reward points, and got those taken off which lowered my billand then gave me four tires for $622 Fantastic next time I gotta come in. David will be the one I deal with nobody else.

First time at service department well run department, took me at appointment time.

I came in to have an Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Multi-point Inspection on my vehilce. Upon arrival i was greated by a porter, he put a tag number in my vehicle and told me to stand by for a service advisor. I waited about 15 mins to be greated by an advisor. I then sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours and watched as customers who arrived after me depart. Upon check out i didnt even receive the multi-point inspection sheet. I called back in later that day to ask to have it emailed to me. Someone took down my info and said they would give it to Kyle. I never received it. I called the next day and left Kyle a voice mail and still never received it. That was the 7th and 8th of May. Im now on hold waiting on Kyle or someone to find/produce a Multi-point inspction. Its 13 May and ive been on hold for over 5 mins due to "computer issues". I chose Laura GMC because of how well they advertise their sales staff, but it appears service is lacking the same performance. I wont be returning.

We told him the vehicle that we were interested in, he had it brought up from the huge sales lot and he gave us the keys for the test drive, after going over the basics in the car. When we came back and told him that we were ready to purchase, he explained all the features on the car, had us download the GM app and referred us to the financial person, Bob Spurlock. We were offered coffee, water and snacks throughout the process and we were treated with respect. We are extremely happy with our experience and would recommend others to Laura Buick GMC to others.

Found the dealership while searching for a truck. I'm from Tennessee and was reluctant to purchase from out of state. Reached out to the dealer and found Bryan who walked me thru the process. Was very straightforward with the process. He sent me links with more information about the trucks in which I was interested. Valuing my trade was equally easy and straightforward. Within 24 hours we had reached a deal. Closed a couple days later and had my truck delivered in Tennessee in less than a week. Couldn't be more happy with my experience.

EASY EASY EASY. Very fast and convenient

Laura Buick/GMC provides both the best and some of the worst service I have experienced. From the tech side they are top notch, and I don't have anyone I would rather work on my truck. From the customer service side, they have a lot to work on.....it took me over 30 minutes to drop my truck of yesterday, and over the last 3 times it has averaged 24 minutes. There is no standard process, each advisor does things different (use of electronic systems, communication with you, outlining what needs to be done). Overall, I continue to use them because I trust the work being done on my truck, not because they make it easy or enjoyable.

Extremely efficient and had me in/out quickly for both drop-off and pick-up. Very good communication throughout the process. The only thing that caught me by surprise was the amount of extra services that were being recommended.

We dropped off the vehicle the night before for an oil change/ tire rotation and was greeted by Jenn, she took my information and said she would call the next day when it was done. I received a call about 1045 hours to change the cabin filter, which I replied “ I have one at home to change it” and Jenn said she would tell the mechanic, then I received a call that there was a oil leak and they would order parts and set up a appointment to do the work. Jenn was very helpful and I will plan to use her again. All of the work went well the only reason could not give a excellent is I think the oil change and tire rotation special a little high, l remember when it was $59.95 not too long ago and with the use of limited journeyman mechanic it sounds like labor cost is being saved.

Waited 20 minutes to talk to a service technician

So I tried to buy a truck locally. I couldn’t find one so brotherton gmc in Renton WA tried to do a dealer trade for the truck I wanted to a dealer in Oregon. They said they would do it. I filled out the loan paperwork was approved. Then the Oregon dealer sold the truck out from under me. So I googled the biggest gmc dealer in the country. They had three the color I wanted. So I ordered it from St. Louis it was about a week before it was on a truck to me. It took about 3 days and it was at my doorstep. The only thing I wish we could have done was roll the tax and licensing into the loan. I saved a few thousand so it’s not as bad of a hit as it could have been. So thank you

Best car-buying experience I have ever had in over 50 years of buying automobiles. It was simple, straightforward, honest, no-frills (read no added costs), and the large selection meant I was able to get exactly what I wanted.

It was a great experience. I was waited on as soon as I arrived and the work was done.

Had an appointment for 12:30 PM arrived at 12:25 and checked in. They knew I was waiting for my vehicle however they didn't even start on it until 138pm and then the car was done by 2:15. Why do I even bother to make an appointment? Let him know that I'm waiting with it when it's going to take close to three hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation.

I think my salesman, John, did a great job. However, I bought a loaner car and was disappointed to see all of the paint and windshield chips that I am now stuck with.

George Kisor was awesome! He was knowledgeable and genuinely trying to put me in the truck for all the right reasons. Having had a terrible experience at Laura before with a deal that ultimately went sideways, George fully restored my confidence in the dealership. His communication was 2nd to none, this guy even called/emailed on his day off! Great guy, BIG help, I’d buy from him again!!

Service was good, however when I book an oil service appointment it takes on average 2 1/2 hours to have maintenance completed. This time the service rep told me I had 3 cars a ahead of me. my appointment was at 10:30. I do not know how the service operation is divided, but since oil servicing is a non-assessment job, other than doing to normal service checks, is the system allowing multiple customers book on the same date and time?

My purchase of a 2025 Sierra 1500 SLT from Laura Buick/GMC was somewhat of a long, drawn-out process that started in early to mid April. The truck was ultimately delivered to me on June 5. A big part of the delay was due to the truck that I selected to purchase was in transit in Dallas, TX and it took several weeks for the truck to be delivered to Laura. Overall, this was a positive experience, and I am pleased with the truck and purchase transaction.

My auto purchase was of the online type. I didn't visit the dealership. This was my first time buying an auto online new or used. It was also my first time for having an auto shipped. I have purchased new and used autos from local dealerships before. The online or local in store process is very similar in my opinion. My problem with the sales team and staff was after the sale was complete. I had concerns and questions about the shipping and delivery. These questions never really were answered by my salesman or the staff. This was very frustrating. My auto was delivered. I think this dealership is super focused on sales. I think this is good, but it needs to be balanced with taking care and helping the customer after the sale. This is definitely my last time purchasing an auto online, and my last time dealing with this sales team and or the Laura Buick GMC Dealership.

My car was schedule for 11:30 for first time oil change and tire rotation. I had them check a few other minor things too. We did not get my car back until the next day at 3:30. I called around 12:00 and they had not even started on it. They told me that it would be done in a couple of hours came back 2 1/2 hours later they hadn’t even started on it Was not a happy camper

I had a great experience with my test drive and ultimate purchase of a 2025 GMC Sierra 1500. Collin Han handled all of my questions and made sure the vehicle I was interested in was available for me prior to my 1.5 hr drive to Laura. Collin was great, very professional and easy to work with. Overall this was and excellent new vehicle buying experience for me. I’ve purchased a couple vehicles now from Laura and will be back. Also had a couple follow-up questions about my vehicle and I texted Collin and he responded very quickly with the info I needed. Again great service! Thank you! Your inventory and selection of Sierra pick-ups also beats everyone around in my area in west central IL which was my initial draw to the Laura dealership.

First my appointment was not on 6/6/25 it was on 5/2/25. My truck was dropped off the night before for a 8:40 appointment. I called several times with no answer from the service department or my service representative. After not getting a response all day I showed up around 4:30 to find my truck had never even been worked on for an oil change and tire rotation. My service representative never called and was already gone for the day when I showed up. I had to wait again for my truck to get done at the dealership even longer after you having all day to work on it and failing to do so.

Everyone including Josh (sales), Harry (finance), and Devan (Airport pickup) were very knowledgable about there areas and were a pleasure to work with.

First we were told they ordered a part then that wasn’t it, so they had to contact GM, now they say a part is ordered(radio) and they can’t tell us when it will get here. They now have had the vehicle for three weeks. This is a brand new vehicle with only 86 miles.

I voiced my cocerns with the service advisor David Day and he was able to explain my concerns about the auto stop function and a question about the radio.I then showed him a email I received about a recall concerning a fuel injector . He took care of it while I only had to wait about one half hour.I was very pleased with my visit and working with David.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The work was done quickly. The waiting room area was clean and nice.

The waiting area is comfortable and I appreciate that there is coffee and water and snacks available if wanted. The only downside is the long wait.

The service was good; Tj my service agent did a good job. Your prices on the other hand were offensive. You more than likely pay your mechanics an average 35-40 an hour at the most and you charge 225 and hour Labor rates. Not to mention the price of the part was listed at a premium as well.

We are so happy we chose Laura Buick GMC for our new car. Lots of inventory to choose from. Our salesman Linzie Foster was the best. Very knowledgeable and great to work with. The whole process was smooth.

Check in was timely. I was provided a loaner vehicle and out the door within thirty minutes. Text notifications seemed to be off though. Not an issue on this service.

All aspects of the purchase went way better than I expected. My salesman really new his trucks and was outgoing and communicated well. The truck was ready to be picked up when expected. The finance department was not pushy like other dealerships I've been to. I even purchased an extended warranty that was tailored to my driving habits. I would highly recommend Laura GMC. Way to go guys!!

My car was purchased on August 3, 2024 & literally 2.5 weeks after it was in shop due to the AC compressor going out. My radio/display never worked properly from day 1. I was up there with my car every other month with the blinker being out and radio/display not working. Even when I got my 1st oil change I had to have them look at the radio/display. The communication is not good! It’s very aggravating to purchase a NEW vehicle and always have a loaner and have to tell ppl oh yeah it’s in the shop AGAIN! This last visit was 5 weeks that they had my car! I feel like yall have had my car more than me! My mom and dad purchased a vehicle from there 35 years ago and it was a lemon and I do NOT want to hear my mother say I told you so!

It us always a pleasure when you are greeted by a friendly face and everyone thereafter is helpful and nice. I feel like I am treated fairly and not taken advantage of.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Vehicle had been brought out ahead of visit for personal viewing. Process was for most part was easy. GM hoops made it a little harder.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 3pm. It ended up taking 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I figured maybe they were super busy or short staffed but I wasn’t informed throughout the process about the hold up. Everyone was apologetic and respectful though.

The service on the vehicle was fine. But, the two wheels that had scrapes that needed to be repaired, only one of them was completely repaired. The other one still has damage on edge of the rim. We’ll have to take care of it the next time the vehicle is in for service.

I have bought two new trucks from this dealer and no problems, and they always treated me and my wife good, my wife is a personal friend of Laura and Jack, and we have had good experiences with them. This was the first used truck I bought from this dealership and went to them because I assumed I would be treated right. This truck was not a good vehicle it had some problems, and I brought it in two times within a 90-day period, and they would not help me solve my problem. I did buy the extended warranty and they would not believe me when I told them my problems so I had to drive to their place and show them myself and they still would not fix my problems and after I talked to the general manager, he told me they would not fix it unless I paid for the service. So I could see if it was more than 6 months or a year before I started having problems but it was only a couple of months , the first time I brought it in was 6-4-25 and I had a appointment , when I brought it in they told me they were too busy to service it and it wasn't due and sent me away , so the problem kept getting worst and they still would not fix it after I had it in I told the girl there not to change to oil or service anything until I talked to the manager and they changed the oil anyway and charged me 100 dollars for the service so I left and realized that I was stuck with a lemon and the extended warranty was not helping so I traded the truck off at a different dealer and canceled my warranty so I hope they give me my money back on this BUT I BET THEY GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND . I WILL NOT SEND MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN SORRY. I FELT LIKE THERE IS NO MORE LOVE HERE.

I think everything went rather well. I visited with salesman from probably a dozen other dealerships that are located closer to me and they all gave me the run around. There several that would not give me a price on a vehicle unless I was physically at the dealership. I googled "largest GMC dealership in USA", and that is how I learned of Laura GMC. I gave them a call and the sales person I spoke with was Jason Welch. He was very polite and did a great job. By far the most cooperative sales person I have worked with. I am so far happy with my purchase. I am a little worried about the 6.2 liter motor that I have as there have been reports of breakdowns, But hopefully those issues have been resolved.

Loved Jimmy, sales guy. Delivery was generally on time. But the truck leaked water from the shark fin antenna the first time it rained. Very disappointed in GMC, and dealer near me couldn't get me on the calendar to address issue in less than 7 days. Very annoying to have a brand new car leak water, and then wait a week for them to "fit me in" to fix.

The oil change went fine for an oil change. I drove my SUV in the rain. The floor board on the passenger side is wet again. I was told by the maintenance guys that I had to pay for the fix. This is an engineering issue. Why do I have to pay? I have had other vehicles with sunroof and convertibles Never have I had this issue. Your engineering problem should not be my problem. The life of my vehicle has been shortened by this issue. Someone needs to fix it. I am very upset about this situation. I will be notifying Big GMC.

First person that we spoke to out on the truck lot was very willing to help us. He found the perfect truck for us and worked out all the details.

Our salesman Ryan was professional from the start. I went there looking for a specific canyon I had found on the website. After digging he found out that truck was special ordered however he explored all option such as same package but different colors or same color with 2 different packages. Once I determined which one I wanted it was full steam ahead. We had to do an application for my military discount and he went through all of it with me. I could go on but not going to. Overall experience though was two thumbs up
